CHALLENGE
The DJ crew Wax Wreckaz approached me to create an interactive music portfolio for them. Of course their music should be in the center of the website, but also their network partners, sponsors and upcoming and past events should be part of the site.
SOLUTION
The fully Flash based website included an unique audio and video player so users could listen to the DJs’ music while navigating through the site. Certain menu areas where manageable by a custom made CMS system to update news, event pictures or event dates.
RESULT
Due to the increasing fan base of Wax Wreckaz, we decided to redesign the website and utilize a blog and a Facebook page to keep interested users up-to-date. Additionally we now embed the audio player from Soundcloud, so fans can listen to the latest mixes all the time.
